Morning Yoga

Working out has never been my favorite activity. I used to dread going to the gym or looking up HIIT workouts online. I realized that the best workouts for me are low-impact ones like walking, light pilates, and yoga. I feel so much more refreshed after doing yoga then going on a run (I can’t remember the last time I went on a run). Yoga with Adriene is the best of the best in my personal opinion. She welcomes people of all stages in their yoga journey with no judgement and offers modifications for most movements she teaches. I like to start each morning with one of her videos; right now i’m in the middle of her 30 day challenge (all free on YouTube because she’s awesome)!

  • Adriene’s yoga videos center around stretching the muscles and limbs of your body and giving them the love we sometimes forget in our busy lives.

  • Throughout her videos, Adriene guides viewers to motivate themselves, sometimes even to rest. She creates an environment surrounded by self-love and care.
